    This position will provide support for the Art Department, based in New York City, by trafficking creative projects and maintaining schedule. This position requires the candidate to act as a liaison between the Art Department and all other departments within the organization, as well as third party vendors.


    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Primary Administrator of web-based project management & data asset management system – WorkFront & WorkFront DAM
    • Training, setting up, trouble shooting WorkFront for all employees in company.
    • Monitor, intake and assign all project requests for TUMI & Lipault via WorkFront (Project Management platform)
      • Coordinate project specs, setup and/or make sure deadlines are feasible, gather all information necessary for designer to complete request.
      • Enter projects as needed.
    • Review requests with Art Directors and Manager to assign designer
    • Coordinate daily project trafficking between Creative team and relevant departments/regions
    • Route all layouts, proofs and artwork requirements to appropriate departments/regions/vendors
    • Ensures all content is routed to Heidi Frank to oversee approval from Legal Counsel before release
    • Print and distribute department reporting for daily meetings
    • Work closely with all relevant departments, effectively communicating project status updates
    • Coordinate weekly status meetings with all relevant department
    • Assist with shot list and sample coordination for all photo shoots
    • Fulfills all art requests, reformatting if necessary and sending logos, images, etc.
    • Liaise with Creative team to help organize and maintain image assets on servers and in WorkFront & WorkFront DAM
    • Daily follow up with team members and all other departments to ensure a continuous workflow
    • SAP knowledge: processing invoices
    • Ownership of special projects: Business Cards, Market Book, etc.



    • The successful candidate will have 4 year college degree with creative and/or marketing background with 1-3 years in creative industry.
    • Must have excellent organizational, time management, and planning skills with strong attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills and keen problem solving skills.
    • Must have a positive, no job too small mentality. Must have strong written and communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook (or similar email environment) in both Mac/PC platforms.
    • Working knowledge of SAP, design applications including Creative Suite (lnDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator and Photoshop) and PowerPoint is required.
    • Project and process coordination experience and knowledge of production process is preferred, but not required. Experience using WorkFront or project management software in a similar environment is a plus.
