    This strategic position is responsible for managing TUMI’s digital eco-system and setting the overall digital strategy for the TUMI organization.  He/she will direct all elements of TUMI’s NA eCommerce business for both tumi.com and wholesale eCommerce, including merchandise assortments/segmentation, digital assets (photography and copy), and digital marketing and will manage the P&L for tumi.com in North America.  The position will focus on the maximization of the hybris technology investment, mobile development, technology roadmap and delivery of specified growth and EBITA objectives.  This position needs to be able to speak multiple business languages including IT, Marketing, Strategy and Finance, and will need to work cross-functionally with all areas of the TUMI organization.


    • Responsible for the eCommerce strategy and  P&L by store/region needed to deliver budgeted sales and profit goals for tumi.com.
    • For the digital ecosystem of TUMI (tumi.com and wholesale eCommerce), direct and implement a TQS/Key account model.  Within this framework, be responsible for digital assortment management and segmentation, shared digital asset management, and digital marketing guidielines and compliance.
    • For tumi.com, be responsible for global Content and Digital Marketing strategy and calendar, country roll-out and technology strategy and execution on the hybris platform.   
    • Ability to drive site optimization across the platform; aggregate and disseminate eCommerce best practices (analytics, usability, technology, etc.)to team to best leverage platform and 3rd party vendor technologies
    • Develop and direct Social, Mobile, Technology, Omni-Channel, Digital Marketing and App strategy in order to maximize the TUMI customer’s digital journey whether in-store or online.
    • Work closely with any TUMI departmental partner that impacts TUMI’s eCommerce business including, but not limited to, Brand Marketing, Creative Services, Product Management, IT, Retail Operations, Retail Planning, and Finance.. 
    • Direct the CRM Consumer Insights and Analytics function for TUMI. 




    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of 10 years eCommerce experience with a Global consumer products, retail or technology brand.
    • Proven leader and skilled communicator and presenter. Passionate about digital and the global omni-channel customer experience. 
    • Ability to clearly communicate the vision for TUMI’s digital eco-system and plan for execution.
    • Ability to quickly pick up on and learn new technologies and evaluate usefulness for TUMI.
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, marketing and project management skills
