    The Senior IT Developer (IBM WTX/ITX) will be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of various custom and “off-the-shelf” data integration between Retail IT Systems, SAP ERP, Hybris Ecom, etc. and needed infrastructure to support these interfaces. This position will require strong experience in IBM WTX technology solutions.  This position will communicate directly and frequently with Sales Audit, Merchandising, SAP ERP, Distribution/Logistics, Ecom, CRM, Planning, Retail/Store operations, IT and other internal and external teams as needed. This position will be directly responsible for ALL DATA INTEGRATIONS in various systems including POS, AOM (Sales Audit, LP) Merchandising, CRM, Planning, and EOM (Enterprise Order Management).


    Responsibilities include:

    • Understand retail and wholesale business concepts and processes to effectively support the business team with developing new and modifying existing data interfaces between various IT systems
    • Translate business user requirements into system integration specifications leveraging the existing IT applications
    • Perform day-to-day duties and tasks for current IBM WTX integrations
    • Respond to requests in a positive, timely manner and provide feedback on expected completion dates
    • Good knowledge of all aspects of SDLC; perform hands-on analysis and design, development, testing/QA, and post go-live support (hyper-care).
    • Able to leverage other programming skills such as SAP ABAP or Java or .net, etc. to meet the business need



    • MUST HAVE 7+ years of experience in supporting data integrations using IBM WTX/IT (or equivalent experience with Business-to-Business/B2B Middleware i.e. Sterling Gentran, Extol, Seeburger, Mule, web methods. However, the candidate would need to have Retail and SAP (IDocs and ALE) experience.
    • Proven programming experience in other languages such as SAP ABAP or Java or .net, etc.
    • Experience with APTOS/EPICOR retail solutions like POS, Sales Audit, Merchandising, EOM/OMS will be HUGE plus!!
    • Experience doing data integration with SAP ERP and Hybris Ecom will be HUGE plus!!
    • Experience in SDLC processes/guidelines
    • Experience in all phases of the software development life cycle, including analysis, design, unit test, system test, deployment, and production support
