Responsibilities

 

The Wholesale E-Commerce Sales Assistant will manage the Tumi business on all of the digial commerce websites.   They will make sure all the correct product, pricing, and product images are featured on each site and analyze the business to see how each category can grow.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up SKU worksheets
    • Portal to site where set up can be done directly
    • Pulling specifications / information from SAP or new Hybis data base
      • Copy & product descriptions, Features & Benefits- organize product copy
      • Set up and execute launches for each ecommerce account ,
      • Work in Amazon, Ebags and Zappos business portal
    • Access & comfort level with SAP & Virtual Market book

 

  • Maintaining partner sku assortment
    • New product launches using PIM”S
    • Correct pricing
    • Correct descriptions & features
    • Allow accurate filtering of product assortment on website
    • Discontinued products & Discontinued seasonal colors
    • Sale events – promotional pricing
    • Review site categorization

 

  • Updating digital images
    • Maintaining image database for all SKU’s
    • Pulling images from various locations (FTP site, Tumi Express, Virtual Market book)
    • Different image resolutions & formats needed by account
    • Renaming images in user friendly format.
    • Loading images to Amazon portal and provide help to other ecommerce accounts

 

  • New account set up
    • Support role in gathering & providing information
    • Support role in developing & evaluating new opportunities
  • Account communications
    • Account distribution of email and home page creative
    • Account mailing of ecommerce violation letters review agreement plan mailing
    • Communications related to ecommerce events
    • Distribute training information to copy creative teams at accounts

 

  • Policing distribution
    Support role in policing existing distribution

 

  • Reporting
    • Open order reports
    • Analyze retail reports
    • Analyze wholesale shipments

 

  • Flash accounts
    • Responsible for building events for Gilt and RLL

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Some digital/ecommerce experience through internships or past work experiences
  • Highly organized
  • Strong attention to detail
